The Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum is currently compiling a spectacular collection of Boston Tea Party-related artifacts and documents. Already part of the collection is the famous Robinson Half Chest, one of two known surviving chests from the Boston Tea Party, an original copy of a December 1773 issue of the Massachusetts Gazette with published proclamations of the Sons of Liberty, as well as other Revolutionary War period artifacts and documents.

Collections on Display

Some of the collections you can experience that will be on display are original Woodcuts depicting Boston and the American Colonies in the 1700s, silver sugar tongs owned by a Boston Tea Party participant, and a 1773 newspaper recounting the Boston Tea Party.

The Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum continues to expand its collection through the acquisition and donation of items from people like you around the world. If you have a Boston Tea Party-related artifact or document that you would like to donate, sell, or loan to our museum dedicated entirely to this seminal event in American history we would love to hear from you.
