The Tavern & Tea Room
Located in the middle of the Fort Point Channel on Boston Harbor, the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum’s, Tavern & Tea Room, offers breathtaking views for your special event or wedding. The Tavern & Tea Room offers a living history experience that is reminiscent of an 18th century Publik House that dotted the streets of Revolutionary Boston.
The Complete Museum Experience
Rental of the complete Museum experience will include a full reenactment of the Boston Tea Party. You and your guests will start in the meeting house where you will meet Sam Adams and other Patriots. Then, journey on to Griffin’s Wharf where you will board one of the tall ships and meet Paul Revere as you throw chests of tea in the harbor. In the Museum you will observe one of only two surviving tea crates from the original Boston Tea Party. End your experience in the Tea Party Theatre, where you will watch the film, Let It Begin Here.
The Ships and The Deck
Experience the only event space in Boston where you can host an outdoor reception while exploring the Beaver and the Eleanor.
Wedding Ceremony on a Tall Ship
Get married by a real sea captain on one of the replica tall ships. Following your ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy a reception on the decks of the Museum while enjoying the picturesque views of the Boston Harbor.
