(January 23, 1734 – September 13, 1806)

Benjamin Tucker’s participation in the Boston Tea Party was claimed by his descendants.

That same history also claims that during the Revolutionary War, Benjamin Tucker was one of the militia who followed British troops out of Boston to Lexington and fired on them from behind a stone wall, and that he was wounded in the shoulder. According to the family, he was also present at Bunker Hill and fired on the British from behind buildings in Charlestown, Massachusetts.

No records have been found to corroborate this service.
