Thomas Williams, born in 1754 in Roxbury, was one of the minutemen in Captain Moses Whiting’s company at the Battles of Lexington and Concord. He, along with his brother-in-law Thomas Dana, met at the house of his father, John Williams, to prepare for the tea protest. Williams later died in July of 1812 at the age of 63 in Utica, New York.
